160mm wide slit line light guides can be combined to achieve 320mm, 480mm and 640mm wide ligh guides. Useful in LCD, PCP glass inspection, web inspection and line CCD camera applications.

Transmitted illumination is the function of the Moritex plate light guides. There are three different light plate dimensions to choose from.

A multifurcated light guide has three or four terminating fiber bundles. These light guides allow you to use one light source to either illuminate one subject from many angles, or to illuminate multiple subjects simultaneously with a single light source.

Bifurcated light guides allow one light source to provide two point of light. This type of light guide is ideal for applications requiring oblique lighting as well as applications which would benefit from having one light source illuminate two objects.

Straight light guides come in a variety of lengths. Some are available with locking outer tubing, other are completely flexible.

For applications requiring mounting, Moritex offers a variety of standard mounting options. We offer tripod base stands, clip-on base stands, flexible arm stands, boom stands, as well as a standard camera stand with optional X-Y stage and optional positionable arm light guide mount.

Light guide lenses focus light as it exits the light guide. They can tighten or expand the light’s field of view. These lenses work to enhance the light guide’s function by further shaping the light to meet a specific application.

Dome Type Light Guide

Illumination is reflected off the interior of the dome, resulting in 360° diffuse and even illumination. Suitable for applications with high reflection and halo problems. Compact Ø54 outer diameter and Ø80 outer diameters also available.

Diffuse Lighting Adapter MD Series

For use with standard ring light guides. It reduces reflection and halo effects by illuminating from the inside surface of the dome.

Reflecting Type Diffuse Ring Light Guide (Special Order)

Light output from the ring is directed by a reflection ring to the subject. The result is a diffuse and uniform light suitable for laser mark recognition applications.

Off-axis or dark-field illumination is the specialty of the ring light guide. Moritex offers two variations of the ring light guide, standard and vertical.
